New Blog. Coming Up To Year Three.

It has been several months since I handed in my last project of the year, it was a really stressful time for me. I was moving, I couldn't get my extension I wanted and I eventually got a grade that I was not expecting to get, I got 50% to say I was annoyed was an understatement. I think I finished 2nd year around the 2:2 grade somewhere.

BUT .......... dun, dun, duuuun!

It doesn't matter, past is past and the only way to move forward with anything in life is to just keep going straight ahead without looking back ... If I am to progress with anything on this course I just have to keep going.

This year I am going to go back to where I originally want to go. Character Design. I really did enjoy 3D but I've done that and I just cannot seem to progress past simple creations and I cannot get my head around all the complex stuff ... plus I have neglected my 2D skills. I really miss creating characters so why not! We are in a safe zone to investigate after all!

I had a look at the previous Year 3's brief to see if I can understand what is expected of me, at the moment it completely baffles me! So I might have to see if any tutors are free before or after our offical briefing to see if I can get it fully explained for me, I don't want to be confused this year! I think I have a few vague ideas of where I would like to take this project and I will make a blog post about them soon enough. But for now here is a picture of how I feel about the oncoming projects.
